Имеет ли смысл добавить сайт в Яндекс уже имея внешние ссылк

Подскажите, имеет ли смысл молодой (непроиндексированный ПС)сайт добавить в панель вебмастера Яндекса уже имея ссылки на морду, этак 400-500, с форумов, профилей, каталогов?? Дабы не попасть по фильтр яндекса за неестественный большой прирост ссылосной массы уже проиндексированного сайта. То есть нулевой точкой отсчета у яндекса будет сайт с сслками.
